For example, let's not pack vegetables by weight in extra plastic bags, and let's choose products whose packaging is eco-friendly, minimalist and does not have several layers.
Reuse

The second element of the 5Rs principle is reuse. It is worth thinking about whether an item can be used again, rather than immediately throwing it away. For example, glass jars can be used to store other products, and old clothes can be given to someone else or sold.

This means that we should segregate waste and process it in such a way as to reduce the amount of waste that ends up in landfills as much as possible.
